Open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, from 8.30pm until late (unless otherwise advertised). Certain Sundays special events and private parties, this is also a chance to hire the venue and host your own event.
Like any good establishment we have a few rules that we ask are followed:
Dress code, Dress to impress! A very high standard of dress is expected.
T-shirts, shorts, jandals & trainers are not acceptable dress
Always be polite and respectful to other guests
No recording equipment, phones must be left at the door, if you're on call your phone can be transferred to behind the bar
No drugs of any kind are tolerated on the premises
No admission to anyone under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
No Drugs, No Intoxication, No Cameras, No Phones.
The venue takes no responsibility for your actions & the actions of others while you're on the premises. All cars parked at your own risk.
We welcome civilized guests who are friendly, kind and respectful
Bookings/Reservations are suggested only as we only admit limited numbers and a reservation always enjoy priority.
The venue expects all guests at all times to demonstrate an open minded attitude and a respectful approach towards each other. A strict embargo on ALL phones, cameras, recording devices & illegal drugs is enforced! Any breach results in immediate, permanent confiscation & eviction; any unauthorized reporting in the media (incl. print, tv, radio and internet) will have legal consequences.

By making a booking you agree to the Conditions of Entry for the specific event and venue. Some events restrict entry to specific ages, genders or groups, by selecting any of these events and making a booking you agree to the entry terms for those events. No drugs of any kind may be brought onto the premises. No admission to anyone under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol. No Cameras, phones or any type of recording devices may be brought into the venue
"Customer" means any person who uses Stylish Hobson (including, without limitation, any person who purchases Event Tickets via Stylish Hobson). Stylish Hobson Limited reserves the right to refuse customers for any reason.
"Intellectual Property" means all intellectual property rights of whatsoever nature, including (without limitation) patents, designs, present and future trademark or copyright, and whether or not registered or registrable by any means, and the right to file an application for registration thereof.
"Login" means a Customer's personal password and access to Stylish Hobson under that Customers registration.
"Events" means the tickets for sale on Stylish Hobson.
“Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions of sale (as amended from time to time).
"Stylish Hobson" means, as the context requires (i) this internet site accessible at www.Stylishhobson.co.nz (the owner of this internet site).
Sale of all Events and use of Stylish Hobson subject to Terms and Conditions.
The use of Stylish Hobson and all sales of Events via Stylish Hobson are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using Stylish Hobson, the Customer will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions to prevail.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Stylish Hobson relating to the subject matter herein and shall prevail over any other document purporting to have a contractual effect.
Stylish Hobson discretion to accept online orders.
Stylish Hobson has the absolute discretion to refuse the order of a potential Customer for any reason whatsoever.
Termination of Registration
Stylish Hobson has the absolute discretion to terminate the registration of any Customer for any reason whatsoever.
Customer liable for every order
The Customer will be liable for every order made under its order and agrees to indemnify and keep Stylish Hobson Limited indemnified against all losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, claims, demands, actions, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever which Stylish Hobson incurs, or which may be made against Stylish Hobson Limited by any third party, as a result of the actions of a person placing orders for the Events using the Customer’s Login.
Security of Information
Stylish Hobson shall use reasonable endeavours to prevent any unauthorised entry onto Stylish Hobson. However Stylish Hobson shall not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorised access.
Registration costs The Customer shall not be liable for any registration costs to register with Stylish Hobson.
Currency The prices of Events are displayed in New Zealand currency.
Prices inclusive of GST The prices of the Events are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax.
Internet Service Provider charges The Customer shall be individually responsible for any Internet Service Provider charges.
Variation of order and price If the Customer requests a variation to an order which Stylish Hobson accepts, then the price payable for the order will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the variation, and recorded on the invoice.
Stylish Hobson may vary prices Stylish Hobson may vary the prices of the Events at any time without notice.
Prices available on Stylish Hobson may differ from on the door pricing. The prices for the Events listed on Stylish Hobson are only available when purchasing Events online unless stated otherwise.
Event availability Every effort will be made to fulfil orders placed with Stylish Hobson, but Stylish Hobson shall not be liable to any person if Stylish Hobson decline to supply the Event for any reason whatsoever.
Stylish Hobson reserves the right to determine the specials that are available online. Some advertised events on behalf of Stylish Hobson may only be available on the door and not through Stylish Hobson. In addition, events that are available online are subject to availability.
Events range Stylish Hobson reserves the right to limit the range of Events available to certain dates.
Stylish Hobson reserves the right to limit number of Events that can be ordered by a Customer.
Payment by credit card The Customer shall make payment of each order by credit card at the time of placing an order. Stylish Hobson accepts Visa or Mastercard. You will be charged in New Zealand dollars.
Disabling account Stylish Hobson reserves the right to disable a customer's account for any reason whatsoever.
Debt Collection The Customer is liable for all costs associated with debt collection where the Customer's payment has defaulted for an order(s).
Change to Payment Policy Stylish Hobson may change at any time the way in which the Customer pays for the Events, and any change will be notified to the Customer via Stylish Hobson.
Customer Statements The name that will appear on Customer statements will be "Stylish Hobson”.
Variation/cancellation of order The customer may vary or cancel the order, we offer the flexibility to transfer your reservation to a future date, provided we receive at least 24 hours' notice prior to the original booking time. Please contact us on 09 377 1315 for assistance.
Substitution of Event Subject to the Customer's consent, Stylish Hobson may substitute an Event for another similar Event if the initial Event ordered by the Customer is unavailable.
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. However, we do offer the flexibility to transfer your reservation to a future date, provided we receive at least 24 hours' notice prior to the original booking time. Please contact us on 09 377 1315 for assistance.
Liability Subject to the CGA, Stylish Hobson excludes all liability for damage, injury or loss arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the Event. In any event, Stylish Hobson’s liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the Event or any other breach of Stylish Hobson’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the price of the Event ordered by the Customer.
No liability for indirect loss Stylish Hobson shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever nor shall Stylish Hobson be liable for any damage or loss caused by the Customer's servants, agents, buyers or other persons.
Alcohol Sales The Customer's Order warrants that he/she is not under the age of 18 years, is legally entitled to attend any event, and is not under the influence of alcohol at that time.
Restrictions on use of login to purchase special Events The Customer shall ensure that no person or persons shall use his/her login to purchase events if that person or persons cannot satisfy clause above.
Acceptance of public holiday alcohol restrictions Orders made by a Customer for Easter Sunday, Good Friday or Anzac Day events shall accept licensing regulations during these events.
All right, title and interest in all Intellectual Property relating to Stylish Hobson is vested in and is the property of Stylish Hobson Limited (or is included with the permission of the relevant owner). No part of Stylish Hobson may be distributed or copied for any commercial purpose and you are not permitted to incorporate the contents of Stylish Hobson or any part of it in any other work or publication (whether in hard copy, electronic or any other form) without our prior written consent. Further, you may not copy, use, remove or alter any Intellectual Property that appears on Stylish Hobson or on any content on Stylish Hobson.
If the performance by Stylish Hobson of its obligations under Stylish Hobson is prevented by reason of "force majeure" (which shall include fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of any government or government agency, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products, electricity or communications failures, or other causes whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Stylish Hobson ) Stylish Hobson shall be excused from the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
Collection of information The Customer authorises Stylish Hobson to collect, retain and use personal information about the Customer for the purposes of:
Assessing the Customer's credit-worthiness;
Undertaking any dealings or transactions with the Customer;
Enforcement of any legal or other rights Stylish Hobson may have against the Customer in any manner that Stylish Hobson sees fit;
Making such disclosures as may in Stylish Hobson’s opinion be required for any of the above purposes or generally to do business;
Sending the Customer any advertising or promotional material;
Stylish Hobson right to refuse application
If all of the requested Customer personal information is not supplied, or is not satisfactory to Stylish Hobson then his/her order to Stylish Hobson may not be accepted.
Information retained by Stylish Hobson The Customer agrees that any personal information supplied by the Customer will be retained by Stylish Hobson and will be accessible to Stylish Hobson employees and other persons or body corporate engaged by Stylish Hobson for or in relation to any of the purposes listed in clause above. The Customers personal information will be held at 246C Hobson Street Auckland (or at a cloud-hosting provider as Stylish Hobson’s agent). Stylish Hobson shall retain all personal information supplied by the Customer until such time the Customer is deregistered.
Disclosure The Customer authorises Stylish Hobson to disclose all or any part of any personal information provided by the Customer to a third party for any of the purposes listed in clause above.
Customer rights Under the Privacy Act 1993, the Customer has rights of access to his or her personal information held by Stylish Hobson and may request correction to that information. The Customer may do so by emailing enquiry@Stylishhobson.co.nz. The customer agrees to pay Stylish Hobson the reasonable charges requested by Stylish Hobson in relation to time and attendances involved in complying with the Customer's request in this regard.
Consent to receipt of electronic messages The Customer consents to his or her inclusion in Stylish Hobson’s direct marketing database and accepts that they may, as a result, receive electronic communications and promotional communications from Stylish Hobson. The Customer has the right to ask Stylish Hobson at any time to stop sending online communications and promotional offers to them.
Variation of Terms and Conditions Stylish Hobson may at any time vary these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from the use of Stylish Hobson Limited shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Enforceability If at any time Stylish Hobson Limited does not enforce any of these conditions, Stylish Hobson Limited will not be construed as having waived that condition or its right to later enforce that or any other condition. In addition, where any provision of these Terms and Conditions is rendered void, unenforceable or otherwise ineffective by operation of law, that will not affect the enforceability or effectiveness of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Assignment The Customer may not assign any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions except with the prior written consent of Stylish Hobson, which may be refused at Stylish Hobson’s absolute discretion. Stylish Hobson may assign any of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

At Stylish Hobson we respect your privacy and any contact information you provide is only used to advise you when we have special events on offer.
Your payment details are processed on a secure payment page and are completely confidential.
We will never share your details with anyone else and will never spam you with any information, although we may from time to time share any special offers from our related business partners. We do collect web based traffic information regarding visitors to the site for the purpose of site analysis and to make sure it is working.
You have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access any mailing information held and to correct or delete any information from our mailing lists.
